Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is FREE in Australia for orders over a set level (currently $99.99) at the discretion of Kea Cookies. There are some exceptions where additional costs may be payable for areas not easily serviced by couriers. We will advise if additional costs are payable, however for the vast majority of orders there are no additional charges.

For orders under the free delivery level charges are as follows TBC:

• NSW $9.00
• Queensland $11:00
• South Australia $11:00
• Victoria $11:00
• Western Australia $13:00
• Tasmania $15:00

For items in stock we ship as soon as payment reaches our account, generally this means you will receive the goods within 3-5 working days. We replenish stock from our gluten free bakery in Auckland, New Zealand and ship to a Third Party Logistics provider in Sydney.

Privacy & Security

All information that we collect from you is used solely to process orders. We do not sell, trade or share this information with anyone else. When you place an order with us we collect your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, your telephone number and your credit card details (we do not store your credit card details), which is added to the database. We also collect site statistics such as which pages are visited and which products are purchased and any feedback from visitors. This information never identifies individuals. Should we change our Privacy Policy for any reason, the changes will always be posted on this page.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase please contact us on orders@keacookies.co.nz or +64 9 527 0556 and we will arrange replacements or a refund.

To order search for products on the site and add to basket. Once basket it complete proceed to checkout and follow the payment process

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is via the Paypal secure system which accepts credit card payments or via Payment Express payment gateway (currently under construction). Payments are handled securely by Payment Express which is PCI compliant (currently under construction). We also accept payment via internet banking – email orders@keacookies.co.nz for more information. We aim to provide the best price we can, and will sometimes promote items with less expensive prices and/or giveaways etc. All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).
